Based on discussion with [~santoshmath] we're likely not going to attempt to
implement this as it goes against the system design whereby any changes to a
savings or loan product will not affect existing savings or loan accounts. In
the case Robert has outlined, the savings minimum balance can still be modified
at the account level which is sufficient. [~nazeer1100126] if you agree, will
you close as "Won't Fix"
