[~santoshmath], The payment type are to distinguish between transactions made
at the front office and back office. Since front office tellers (Cashiers)
handle cash, the payment type is restricted to Cash and this affects Cash at
Hand balance in trial balance while payment by Voucher is not cash based and it
doesn't affect Cash at Hand balances ~ doesn't increase or reduce Cash at Hand
a GL Account.
Most times, Closing of account is done at back office where balances may be
booked to a GL Account rather than Cash withdrawal
