working now and throwing the proper error to add guarantor before approval
There was mistake in defining "place guarantee funds on hold" on product
level(Agriculture Loan). That is, Mandatory guarantee must be equal to either
minimum guarantee from own fund OR minimum guarantee from Guarantor funds OR
sum of both.
They entered mandatory guarantee as 75% , minimum guarantee from own funds 50
and minimum guarantee from guarantor funds left blank.
@Nazeer, This is issue on loan product level. Loan product should not be
created and should throw proper error when mandatory guarantee is not equal to
any one of the guarantee(own or guarantor) or sum of both
