I modified some of the links you added to point at the apache mirrors rather than the archives. The issue with the old links was the incubator refs in the paths. @Jason feel free to push the ANNOUNCE email! Please let me know if you need further guidance on pushing that email. Same process as is documented in UserALE.js release process.
