Some projects [ more often linux foundation or cncf projects ] run forms of
"office hours", so will be interested to see whether you get what you are
seeking from this.

Do not forget the old addage [ for asf projects ], "if it didn't happen on
list, it didn't happen" ...

One area that gets forgotten without discipline: sharing on-list the things
that occur off-list, for those not present to be able to follow [ design
docs, writeup of relevant discussion, decisions, thought process - ex:
agreed to try out xxx be ause of yyy, etc .. ].  That can benefit both
current and future community members, in addition to helping clarify ones
thinking via writing.
