The dist folder is now available. Seems like it is time to do an RC3 that removes the "incubator" references?
Also note that we don't use p.a.o for uploading releases anymore per this
comment in the JIRA issue:
For future releases commit to svn at:
dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/flex/
they will then sync automatrically to...
4.9.0 is already up there.
