Falcon unittest.properties

Erik, you added a unittest.properties to the compiler.tests directory with your 
own settings like

    FLEX_HOME=/Users/erik/Documents/apacheFlex/repo/sdk

This makes the Falcon tests fail for me. Was this an accident?
