Thanks. There may be a distinction between

(1) bug fixes that were made between the time when new compiler was branched 
for Apache and when ASC 2.0 shipped
(2) bug fixes made after ASC 2.0 shipped

My understanding is that at least the bug fixes in (1) were to be donated 
eventually. I'll try to follow up on this issue.
