In the case where we don't include the source code and don't include the binary 
but just reference it location in a XML file seems OK to me, but it's still a 
GPL licences so people using the tool to create software may or may not have 
some concerns about that. At the very least are users aware of the licences? I 
don't see a LICENSE or NOTICE file in mavinizer directory.
