The mustella tests have been run for 11.1,11.5,11.7 and 11.8 and it has been compiled and some basic testing done with the other versions. If you use the earlier versions (10.2/10.3) you may run into a few bugs or performance issues and a few feature may not work 100% (eg mobile). As a comparison Adobe Flex SDK 4.6 mimimum was 11.1 > Improved support for older Flash Player versions.
