Thanks Chris,

could someone (Alex, Michael,..?) that have done this work before point us
to the document that Chris refer. I think you only need some wording that
states that people signing the document agree to donate code ownership to
Apache.   I think with a paragraph that express the commitment to make it
happen will be sufficient, but as Alex or others could hopefuly point us if
there's something more...
