Looks OK to me but try this: ls $PLAYERGLOBAL_HOME I get: 10.0 10.1 10.2 10.3 11.0 11.1 11.2 11.3 11.4 11.5 11.6 11.7 11.8 And in each directory is a playerglobal.swc. eg ls $PLAYERGLOBAL_HOME/11.5 gives: playerglobal.swc You might want to check frameworks/flex-config.xml and see what that target-player is set to 11.1 like so " <target-player>11.1</target-player>".
