I don't know if that's sufficient.  Maybe our mentors can offer their
thoughts.  To me it isn't the Apache Way because the timing of the
meetings can affect whether folks can contribute.  I get that it is more
interactive and efficient to have an online meeting, but maybe that it has
to be a little less efficient in order for folks to have a level playing
field regardless of what time zone they live in.  I'm not saying
everything has to be translated into text.  I would post the visuals on a
wiki page or in a repo or people.a.o folder and discuss it on the list.
We essentially got our logo chosen this way.
