As I mentioned, the changes I plan to put in will make it easier for
non-pmc members to test the RC2.  The idea is to put up an RC1 of Installer
2.7 so that folks can test RC2 of Flex 4.11.

I am done with the SDK part of the work required for 4.11 RC2.  If you dont
want to wait for my Installer changes, feel free to go ahead with RC2.
But keep in mind that you may want to discount the votes given by folks who
test with the Installer 2.6 because it uses OSMF 1.x instead of OSMF 2.0
that the Flex SDK source uses.  We have not really user tested how OSMF 2.0
works with the Flex SDK.

I thought it would be best if we avoided this kind of confusion.  It is
only a matter of few hours of waiting.
