It's not a bug in ios, air or flex.. It's just flex not being compatible with 
ios 7 skin and layout. iOS 7 uses The whole screen, unlike previous versions of 
iOS. There should be a default padding in The actionbar for iOS 7.
Or an iOS 7 mobile skin or something.
