There's no way the Apache Flex community can guarantee that. Also, Adobe support may not help you out if you have switched to Apache Flex. I'm not sure big companies like Disney will sign up for support from small companies either. My hope is that we can really get some momentum and make some noise in 2014 and maybe some company with a track record will offer paid support for Apache Flex. -Alex
