The changes in this RC are to:
1) try to clean up use of the term Pixel Bender in the README and RELEASE
NOTES per Om's suggestion. It turned out to be a bit awkward to use
"Apache Flex Pixel Bender" when referencing the files in the kit and
"Adobe Pixel Bender" for the compiler, but I think it will be ok.
2) address minor problems Justin found in RC3 such as:
A) remove "." at end of "ant -f pixelbender.xml" in the README
B) change project name in pixelbender.xml
C) copy-to-flex-sdk copies PBK and PBJ files
D) change description of clean target
The copy-to-flex-sdk target still only copies if files have changed so if
you run it twice it won't do anything.
