4.12 build

Hi

I noticed that when i build 4.12 sdk with "playerglobal.version = 11.9" 
in local.properties, flex-config.xml has <target-player> set to 11.9 but 
airmobile-config.xml and air-config.xml still get set to 11.1

Error in build script?
