Well the actual required version may be something else but that what's used in 
the application namespace(s)

With the build instructions.

 For instance try compiling with 3.1 and you get errors for instance:
     [exec] invalid application descriptor: Unknown namespace: 
http://ns.adobe.com/air/application/3.4

Mention in the AIR window that pop up when you do an ant test. But looking 
closer it's OK as it the local path name not anything remote.

Looking in the cache I have a version of AIR4 and a version of AIR13 from labs.
