Good point.

I think that we could extend the warning to all OS, not only Windows, where AIR 
runtime cannot be installed on the development machine.
( One customer of my company does not allow AIR runtime on the dev machines 
(because it's considered as unsecure), so ANT installation would be perfect for 
them).

This is no longer true for Linux users, so we should ammend this for future 
releases:

I'll try and update the above page this week to say something like 'On Linux, 
don't have Adobe AIR installed, or other install issues ? See the _installation 
help_ on the Wiki' ?
