Depends on how much you use the machine.  Mustella will probably cost a lot
to run.  Occasional sdk builds per checkin will be much less.

If you use your complimentary MSDN account, you get free credits every
month, which is usually good enough to run a Large VM for around half the
time and a Medium VM for the remaining of the month.
