We are still blocked trying to update the installer-config.xml that the
Installer uses.  Folks who want to install FlexJS via Ant can do so by
specifying 
        
-Dfalcon.url.path=https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/flex/falcon/0.0.1
/rc4

when running Ant.
