Hi, Looks like you can somehow select no product as this has been logged (5 times): /track-installer.html?failure=true&label=&version=&os=windows
In the last 2 month for Flex 4.12 on windows we had 21 successes and 29 failures, for Flex 4.12 on mac we've had 12 successes and 0 failures so it does look to be more of a windows issue. Last two weeks is Flex 4.12 on windows it's 21 failures and only 9 successes and 6 installs of 4.12 on OSX. I think some more testing on windows may be required before we release? Justin
