HI, IMO (but I'm not a lawyer etc etc) but it's probably fine from an Apache Flex point of view as it: - not using "Apache Flex" in the domain name - not any confusion with Apache Flex trademarks, products, distribution etc
But no objection if the PMC wants to send a friendly email asking for appropriate use of Apache Flex's trademarks and logos if and when they are used. When the site has content on it it would need to be checked again. The people at iflex.com may have an issue with the name, but that's not really our concern :-) If you do need an official Apache URL shortening service I'd suggest you use http://s.apache.org.
