Recent changes to downloads.xml have broken the installer.xml's use of downloads.xml. So no release candidate until this is fixed and installing the nightly builds probably hasn't been working for several days.
I'm out of time for tonight. I'll try to get it sorted out tomorrow unless someone else has time tonight. -Alex
