Given that's there may be serval Tour De Flex app (ie web, desktop and mobile) 
I think that needs to be in there.

Saw that as well - no idea however what is required if anything is required to 
be added to the NOTICE file when adding a CC file. If you think the current 
attribution in LICENCE should be moved to NOTICE I can do that.

As I said before was trying to make a minimal party release first then fix any 
other issues or rather hopefully other people with pitch in and fix them.

Mostly missing assets, even when they are removed for the CSS, it still trying 
to load stuff at run time causing RTEs.
