Justin, I'm sure you're doing this with the best intentions (as always), but you're taking all the fun out of the process. Please take the more nitty gritty (dare I say irrelevant) stuff - especially the stuff that's already done - to the legal-discuss list. That way this list can focus on welcoming and improving Jude's donation.
