I looked over the README, RELEASE_NOTES, LICENSE and NOTICE and ran Rat. Everything looks ok in that area.
The only things I wondered about are: 1) Should there be convenience binaries? 2) Should we have -src as part of the package name? Once the build issues get sorted out, it should be good to go.
