I don’t get this line. The vote is not on the binary. It’s on the source. It 
goes to reason that the binary does not even need to be produced before a vote, 
and it can be produced after a vote. Since it’s not voted on, it can be 
produced as many times as necessary as long as it’s the product of the official 
release.
