My dev machine is Windows 7 and I have two CI servers one running Windows 2012 R2 and another with Ubuntu 14.0.1 LTS all experiencing the same issue.
I am not running ant from FlatSpark's folder, one of our projects references the flatspark.swc. I am kicking off ant from that projects folder.
