Pretty much. There has been a lot of work on the AntOnAir and the Maven plugins in the last few weeks.
Hoping I actually caught all the places where https will be called. If not, we just need to change the URLLoader instance with the new ApacheURLLoader. I'm really itching to refactor and break up the installer to do this fix correctly, but I think I might need to take a week off work to do it right.
