They wouldn't be able to change until we changed them.  So the MD5 would still 
match.

I haven’t tried for the Adobe stuff.  It might already be allowed by the
licensing of some of the other stuff, but a lot of it already comes from
Apache or Maven Central.  How would having more files on Apache servers
help?
