I've been trying without cache and it has been working, tried again without
cache and been working again.
We've been in 2 seeing the error 3003 and me repeatability until I disabled the
cache, not sure it is linked though or even it worth investigated more ?

For the progress bar, it was almost at each fast steps, I checked in the log
for fast steps and seen things like this, not sure it is related.
