I am going to make one more change to get rid of a frequent warning, then go back to my other stuff. I think we have two open issues for folks to work on or at least offer opinions: 1) how to save goog.bind results so addEventListener and removeEventListener work in direct-to-HTMLElement apps? 2) how to output new globals in strict mode.
