I may find time this weekend. In looking around, I see that flex-falcon/compiler.jx/bin and flex-asjs/js/bin have their own copies of jsc so both need to be renamed? Flex-asjs/build.xml and flex-asjs/installer.xml reference jsc.
Then there is jsc.jar which is the current name of the FalconJX jar. Should that get renamed as well? It is referenced in many build.xml files. Finally, there is also a compjsc and compjsc.bat pair.
