Well, Infra wouldn’t let us use archive.a.o.  I spent the day installing
TomCat on the apacheflexbuild and creating a servlet that grabs the dirty
cgi output and returns just what we need.  I’ve modified the
sdk-installer-config-4.0.xml file so our Installer and InstallerBadge hit
a nonexistent html file on flex.a.o and the .htaccess redirects to
apacheflexbuild.  It seems to work.

We might need to crank out another installer release that uses the CGI via
JSON.
