Hi Alex,

If you are referring to the structure in flex-asjs/frameworks/projects/HTML ant 
flex-asjs/frameworks/projects/core ... yes that's pretty much the structure 
Maven would like to have :-)
Having a look at the changes in some of the build scripts, they look pretty 
good too.

PS: I should have run a clean build before switching the branch ... now I could 
really see how much stuff is compiled into the same directories as the sources. 
The split will definitely make things cleaner in the future.

No idea about the converter, but will you have time to look at the
flex-asjs "mavenfolders" branch and see if you want any other changes to
the Core and HTML projects so I can replicate the pattern to the other
folders?
