This email has two goals: deal with some process stuff related to the event, and make sure our PMC members know that we are having this event on April 4 in San Francisco in case they want to attend. AIUI, the Apache VP of Trademarks and Branding wants to officially ok this event. In order to do so, we should make sure the event website meets branding requirements. Om and I have tried to get the site in compliance with Apache requirements, but other eyes would be helpful. In looking at it again this morning, I think we need a ™ after either the FlexJS in the title or in first sentence where it says "Apache™ FlexJS".
