Actually doing that will probably create some legal issues, the font is question is Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported [1] which is not compatible with the Apache License other than as an optional dependancy/download by the user. Even then it can’t be used in a commercial application by the terms of it’s license :-( This was discussed last release, and we asked if it could be relicensed under Apache compatible terms [2] but have not received a reply yet.
