Ok and going through the manifests now, I noticed that air-config.xml and flex-config.xml both don't reference the basic-manifest.xmls of:

Would there be any objections on renaming some of the manifests? Currently a lot of them have the same names (basic-manifest.xml). I would like to change this to "basic-maifest-core.xml" for the Core module, for example. The reason for this is that I would like to copy all the manifests into a "manifests" directory in the distribution and have the "*-config.xml" files reference these files instead. If I also adjust the names in the config-files, this shouldn't be a problem, should it? At least I couldn't find another place they are explicitly referenced.
