Puhhh... still no success :-( I've downloaded the "flashplayer_22_sa_debug.exe", updated the environment variable and tried to build the compiler again. I also restarted my computer in the meantime. Same error message: "The flashplayer executable C:\local\flash-utils doesn't exist." I've attached a screenshot [1] from the maven log and my explorer where you can see that the debug player file is in place...
