Hi Alex, it's a new thing we recently noticed in Windows 10 the installer initially blocked by an warning screen - SmartScreen. It's more like the Avast! problem recently seen by Andrew (in this thread) which judge an executable/installer by it's known reputation. Since Moonshine IDE is fairly new to the block it may take some time to acquire that reputation. Although this warning came by an Windows popup and you seen no activity after when you tried to run that, that is a little oddity. But I want to ensure that Moonshine IDE is properly signed by it's signer authority.
