Santanu, Post please what do you have in MDLExampleconfig.xml. I was able to build MDLExample with following command:
d:\flex_sdk\flexjs_nightly\js\bin\mxmlc.bat d:\flex_sdk\flexjs_nightly\examples\flexjs\MDLExample\src\main\flex\App.mxml -accessible=true -compiler.exclude-defaults-css-files=HTML.swc:defaults.css -html-template=d:/flex_sdk/flexjs_nightly/examples/flexjs/MDLExample/src/main/resources/mdl-js-index-template.html -locale=en_US The only change is that I used direct path to main app file.
