Angelo, at Apache, we prefer all discussion to happen on the mailing
lists.  Off list discussions, while seemingly quick and easy, will prevent
the rest of the community from following and possibly altering the course
of events.

That said, if you really need to discuss some things that are not suitable
for public lists, such as IP related issues, please feel free to send me a
direct email.
