I have found scenario where installer uses old way of downloading Adobe Air. I just added beta version of Air and it looks like in that case installer is not using Ant on Air. I will probably remove beta version to do not provide bad experience to the users.
If I found energy I will try to fix those scenario, but it will be rather for the version 3.4 of installer.
