Apache Flex SDK Installer 3.3 was released on 2017-11-16 Apache Flex SDK 4.16.1 was released on 2017-11-22 The second thing is community: The community seems to be less active on development list in the results of split FlexJS project into the Apache Royale. Users list is still feeding by quite often by questions related to Flex. Please take it as an some kind of tip.
