The thing that was confusing me, was that in a demo application seems (false/positive) that was perfect and one a production one we saw than gray background but turns out that the demo app had a white background ! I changed the window background color of the demo application and I got 2 identical results. Now, it's a metter of adjustments to fill completly the print area as you mentioned.
