As for your question Alex. Installer is simply have timeout if we use https on distribution site and our website, so that could help if someone could build an example to infra. (I won't spent on that time for sure). Probably it is an issue on apacher.org website as you assuming. The second solution is use native code to load that file, because it's also working. I meant to use super.load instead the custom implementation [1] in case of that one file. If I remember correctly it was also working. - That's a hack, but we could back on track with installer. It's just taking too long, installer is broken for couple of weeks already.
