Summary: Rename StreamInvokable to StreamOperator

The names of the StreamInvokable and ChainableInvokable are misleading and is
easy to confuse with the AbstractInvokable
These classes ( and the variable names that refer to objects) should be renamed
to:
StreamInvokable -> StreamOperator
ChainableInvokable -> ChainableStreamOperator
