Currently, the {{byte[]}} to object conversion and vice versa is always done by
creating new byte array streams and Data Input/Output streams. That is pretty
wasteful, we can optimize this with Flink's own classes:
- {{DataInputSerializer}}
- {{DataOutputSerializer}}
